vigour-mortis: BRIEF EXCHANGE EXHIBITION Yesterday I submitted my entry for Brief Exchange, a project initiated by the industrious Noeleen Doheny (who is responsible for the lovely promotional poster above). The project consisted of 23 participants each supplying a brief for a poster; these briefs were then shuffled and distributed back to the participants at random. The resulting posters will be displayed at an exhibition in the Cork School of Music from 6-24 August, and in Dublin in September. They will also be displayed online, so get there early if you want a seat. I’m looking forward to seeing the results, especially that of the poor soul who received my brief. I will hold off on revealing my own poster until the exhibition has gone live, though I can divulge that it may feature a pigeon and at least one dismembered limb…
